POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Postage Costs: LUXURY RANGE Orders Under £500 = £20.00/Orders £500 or Over = Free of Charge

Each invitation will be packed in a cellophane sleeve, in order to help protect it during delivery to you (except for cards provided with postal boxes).

We will always use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery on large deliveries, to ensure you receive your order on time and in the same condition it was sent from us. However, we know from personal experience that the rigors of the modern mail system can cause accidental damage from time to time and as all our items are delicately handcrafted, we may supply a small number of extra items, to be on the safe side, FREE OF CHARGE. The number of these items will depend upon the design and size of order and should not be relied upon for extra guest numbers. We do not accept any liability for damage caused by Royal Mail or any other postal service, in the delivery of your individual cards to your guests. Further order items e.g. thank you cards, menus etc may be delivered to you via standard Royal Mail first class mail.

DISCOUNT CODES

If you have been offered a promotional/discount code to use, please quote the code clearly on the order form and calculate your discount accordingly in the total. These codes are generally offered to repeat customers or at promotional events at the discretion of the management.

TYPEFACE & COLOUR

All typefaces and colours have been predetermined to ideally match the design of each card or favour. However, if you do prefer an alternative typeface or colour, we are happy to discuss this with you and create a bespoke sample tailored to your needs. Please email us at tindisbobbin@aol.com.

Please note that all inserts are personalised but we do not insert your guest names. If you would like this to be done, we can send you a file and paper for you to complete the inserts at home.

EXTRA TOUCH

We would always like to think that the bride or organiser would be treated like a princess. Therefore, in each order, a surprise free gift will be provided especially for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

LUXURY RANGE: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value must be paid upon placing an order. The remaining 50% will be payable upon approval and return of the proofs. The order will only be completed once this payment has been received. Tindisbobbin.co.uk will endeavour to have all orders ready within six weeks of the return of the proofs, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. However, this may vary depending on the time of year. All items are subject to a quality check prior to dispatch (other than inserts, which are checked at proof stage. Any changes to these after proof stage are the responsibility of the customer).

Please note that refunds will be provided where there is sufficient evidence of faulty goods. As all items are handcrafted, there will be slight variations and imperfections between each item and the samples you received. As our items are handcrafted, it is important that upon delivery, you store your cards and accessories in a cool, dry and dark place, as we cannot be held responsible for any heat or sun damage that occurs between the time of delivery and their use. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Should Tindisbobbin.co.uk be forced to use an significantly alternative material in any design due to supplier failure, the customer will be fully consulted and offered a discount on the order. Alternatively, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Due to the small parts used in the designs, it is recommended that all items are kept away from children. In addition, all packaging used including in delivery of the order should be kept out of children's' reach.

All confectionery sold was manufactured by another supplier and may contain traces of nuts. All confectionery was wrapped by another supplier and has not been handled by Tindisbobbin.co.uk.

CANDLE SAFETY NOTICE: To prevent fire, keep burning candle within sight. Trim the wick before each burning to about 1/4 inch in length. Keep candle free from debris. Remove excess wick and any foreign matter. Place the candle on a heat resistant dry surface. Do not pick up or touch the candle or its holder during or shortly after burning. Never burn the candle near anything that can catch fire. Make sure the wick is centered in the candle. Do not burn the candle for more than 3 hours at a time. Discontinue use of candle when 1/4 inch wax remains. Keep out of the reach of children and pets at all times.

Please note that ORDER OF SERVICE cards are supplied with one page inserts only. If you require extra pages, we may print these for you after consultation (more than 6 sides may incur an additional charge) but if we cannot secure them with glue, we will send them to you unsecured. We will not staple them on your behalf due to health and safety issues. Also, please note that that if you require hymns to be printed, copyright laws suggest that you must seek permission to print up to 70 years after the death of the author. This permission should be sought by you and Tindisbobbin will not be held responsible for this, as it is the customers responsibility to ensure lawful beahviour is practised at all times.

You must agree to these terms and conditions by ticking the box on the order form.

Please be aware that any information you provide, including your personal details, will NOT be shared with any third party. All information you provide to us, is protected under the Data Protection Act.

All designs are exclusive to Tindisbobbin.co.uk and any attempt to copy these designs will infringe the copyright law which protects them. Please note that any information provided on this site is for general use only and is not intended to serve as advice. Overseas Orders - With regret, we do not accept orders from outside of the UK.
