ORDERING INFORMATION............ LUXURY RANGE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE £150. We always suggest your first priority is to order your chosen samples. Don't forget that if you choose to order, any money spent on samples will be reimbursed against your order value. We will post your samples to you within 21 working days (subject to availability). At this time, you will also receive an order form. email us and we will send you a word document format. Then at least 12 weeks prior to requiring your wedding day invitations, contact us by email or by telephone (01724 763625) to find out if a diary slot is available for you. During the months of January to March, this is vital as we get booked up very quickly for summer weddings. Next, complete the order form and make payment for 50% of the order total. A full set of proofs will then be sent to you within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your deposit. Once you are happy with these proofs, we would ask that you send the remaining payment. Any amendments to the proofs and any additional proofs sent to you will be be free of charge. We will aim to complete your order (subject to information being available from you and time of year) within 6 weeks of receiving the final payment. However, please allow more time for larger orders. Please let us know if you need your order sooner and we will discuss your requirements with you. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WEDDING INVITES, EVENING INVITES, SAVE THE DATE CARDS AND THANK YOU CARD COMES WITH A POSTAL BOX IN THIS RANGE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE THE BOX FOR A STANDARD WHITE ENVELOPE, A REDUCTION OF 50 PENCE PER CARD WILL BE MADE. PLEASE NOTE THIS ON YOUR ORDER FORM. It is as simple as that!
